Bakery Production Assistant

We are a traditional French bakery dedicated to authentic technique, high-quality ingredients, artisanal craft, and a superior guest experience. We’re currently seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to support our skilled baking team in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

This role is well-suited to someone with prior kitchen or baking experience who is looking to deepen their skills in a professional, technique-driven setting. As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will assist with the preparation and handling of ingredients, support daily baking operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in classical French baking techniques, equipment proficiency, and adherence to quality standards under the mentorship of Butter Block’s experienced bakers. (Prior culinary, pastry, or restaurant training required)
