A half dozen of our classic Croissant: Made with traditional technique and imported French butter.
Our Bakery Box is filled with 6 of our favorite pastries:
Classic Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Almond Croissant, Coconut Croissant, Toasted Hazelnut Pain au Chocolat, Rhubarb-Almond Bostock.
A half dozen of our pain au chocolat, rolled with Valhrona dark chocolate.
This set of 8 homemade pop tarts includes: 2 Strawberry, 2 Blueberry, 2 Chocolate-Chocolate, and 2 Brown Sugar Cinnamon.
Local apples are baked with cinnamon, brown sugar, & nutmeg and finished with brown butter streusel.
Salted Caramel filling is topped with Chocolate Ganache in a crisp sucree tart shell. Garnished with Chocolate Pearls and Sea Salt. (Crust Contains Almonds)
Our 9” flakey pie shell is filled with a custardy mix of eggs, cream, caramelized onions, bacon and gruyere cheese. Simply reheat and enjoy!
Our 9” all butter pie crust is filled with local chives, chive blossoms, sautéed garlic scapes, cheddar cheese, and our savory custard filling. Re-heat and enjoy!
Our 8” Cocoa Cake is layered with crunchy cocoa nibs and cookie crumble, Cocoa Nib Cremeux, 72% Chocolate Mousse, and a Dark Chocolate Glaze. (Serves 10-12)
