This role is well-suited to someone with prior kitchen or baking experience who is looking to deepen their skills in a professional, technique-driven setting. We offer a strong foundation in traditional methods, hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, and the opportunity to grow in an environment that values craft, consistency, and continuous learning.
As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will assist with the preparation and handling of ingredients, support daily baking operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in classical French baking techniques, equipment proficiency, and adherence to quality standards under the mentorship of Butter Block’s experienced bakers. (Prior culinary, pastry, or restaurant training required)
POSITION: Front of House Team Member
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our busy bakery. In this role, you'll be the face of our business—serving pastries and coffee, interacting with guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Our weekends are high-volume, so strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment are essential. Weekend availability is a must! (accepting part and full time applicants, barista or industry experience preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, baking equipment, and prep areas. As a crucial part of our daily operations, you help keep things running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. (part time only)
